First authors of accepted papers will have to be registered by 7th October (notice of acceptance on 30th September) in order to guarantee that the abstracts are published in the abstracts book, they will be entitled to 'Early bird' rates.
What’s included in your Registration?
Participant's Registration Fee includes entrance to all the scientific sessions and workshops for the days registered, poster and trade exhibition. Lunch on the day you have registered is included in the conference package.
The welcome reception on 24th November is also included. Please visit the social programme section for further information.
Entrance to the conference, exhibition and social events is via tickets and badges. Badges will be supplied on registration and must be worn at all times.
There is a limit to the number of participants at the workshop, please book early if you wish to attend.

The Gala Dinner on 25th November in Pitville Pump Room can be purchased at £ 60 at the time of registration.
Places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment. Please visit the ‘Social Programme’ section for further information.
Coach transfers from the Racecourse to the Hotels and back (more information about which Hotels later) at the times indicated on the Website under Venue.
Payment
You can register and pay online using VISA or Mastercard. USE OF THIS FORM OF PAYMENT WILL INCLUDE A 2.5% CREDIT CARD FEE. Alternatively you can register online and pay by bank transfer. Full bank details will be shown on the registration confirmation.
Invoice request must me made at time of registration, register first and then send an email to das2010@abbey.ie with full invoice address details and the purchase order number if required.
Please note is payment is made by your Hospital/ Trust, the payment must have your reference number (you will receive this with your confirmation email at the end of the registration process) and your last name stated on it.
Accommodation
The Conference office has secured a wide range of Accommodation options at a very competitive rate. You can access the list, description & price of Hotels by looking at the accommodation tab.
Rooms can be booked when registering for the conference via the online form.
Coach transfers: while registering on-line you will be asked which of the free coach transfers you are interested in using (to aid our planning).
Special Requirements
If you have special requirements, these can be noted at time of registration on the registration form or you can contact the Conference Office by email.
Liability & Insurance
We accept no responsibility for any accident to persons or loss or damage to property of participants or supporters. We recommend that every participant has travel insurance and brings his/her own stamped E111 form.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference office.
Accommodation cancellation is one night except for the Premier Inn Hotels and Prestbury House Hotel
where all nights are charged .
For cancellation of registration fee and social events you will receive full refund less £75 administration up to 13th September 2010.
No refunds apply after this date.
Please contact the conference office to notify of the substitution. Substitutions can only be made at discretion of the Conference Committee
