There are opportunities for the Trade to sponsor this meeting which include a new idea to have your company's logo and weblink on the Home page of this Website (see the sponsorship opportunity download above). Sponsors will also have choice of the position of their Trade Exhibition Stand from the floor plan (largest sponsors have first choice).

The Trade Exhibition
The exhibition area will be in the Hall of Fame which is centrally located and also the venue for coffee and is in between the Auditorium and the the lunch Restaurant. Trade personnel can have lunch early in their own catering room just off the Hall of Fame (also with a coffee earn throughout the day) in order to be available during the lunch period.
We are expecting between 400 and 500 delegates and approximately 70% will be consultant anaesthetists. Delegates will be free to visit the Trade Exhibition for 2 hours for each of the 3 days at the following times between lectures:
Wednesday 24th November
17.30 - 20.00 (approximately half of the delegates will not arrive until the Thursday)
Thursday 25th November
10.45 - 11.15
12.45 - 13.45
15.30 - 16.00
Friday 26th November
09.00 - 09.30
11.00 - 11.30
12.45 - 13.45
Stands at the Exhibition will be allocated beforehand and sponsors will have the choice of position within the Hall of Fame (largest first). You will have access to set-up from lunchtime on Wednesday 24th November. The Trade Exhibition will open at 17.30 on Wednesday 24th November at the Welcome reception.
